*** Website open for submissions ***

The 2008 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation will be held
in Pasadena, California, on May 19-23, 2008.

Exciting videos of 1.5-3 minutes are sought for the ICRA's video proceedings. A Video should be a standalone representation of technical work that uses narration, captions, video sequences, graphics and animation to explain an idea. It should not require detailed background knowledge or an associated paper in order to be understood. Videos should not have a commercial pitch, should use music sparingly, and the authors must have clear copyright of the audio and visual content.

The video should be accompanied by a 2 pages abstract that provides an outline of the work presented, references to papers that provide more details about the work as well as related work. The video should be in mpeg-4 format. Both items are submitted through the conference submission website (PaperPlaza).

All submitted videos are eligible for the ICRA 2008 Best Video Award, which will be based on technical and production qualities of the piece.
