The 2010 IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and 
Systems (IROS2010), to be held on October 18-22, 2010 in Taipei 
International Convention Center (TICC) at Taipei, Taiwan, during 2010 
Taiwan International Robot Week. In conjunction with IROS2010 
Conference, there are 2010 Taipei International Robot Show and several 
International Robotics Competitions will be taken place at the same 
venue. The conference is soliciting papers from the academic, industrial 
and government communities to present their results and to exchange 
ideas. For paper submissions and more information, please visit the

Papers are being solicited in all areas of robotics especially in the 
following topics (which are not exclusive):

- Contributed Papers
Deadline: February 28, 2010
Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the 
PaperPlaza system Maximum of 6 pages, including figures, 2 additional 
pages are allowed at a charge of $200USD per page Papers will be 
published in a DVD and be available through IEEE Xplore. Submit a paper 
please visit the conference website "Authors area" section  at

- Organized Sessions
Deadline: before February 10, 2010
Chair: Prof. Rajiv Dubey (e-mail: dubey at eng.usf.edu)

Organized sessions are to provide a forum for focused discussions on new 
topics, or innovative applications. An invited session consists of four 
papers that must be electronically submitted for review using the same 
procedure for contributed papers. Papers must be submitted online via 
the PaperPlaza.
A proposal must include:
1.	Title
2.	Organizers
3.	Brief Statement of Purpose for the session
4.	A List of Authors and Paper Titles with paper IDs that will be given 
at the electronic submission
5.	Keywords that describe the topic of the session


- Video Submissions
Deadline: February 28, 2010
Chair: Prof. Paul Oh (e-mail: paul at coe.drexel.edu)

Exciting videos of 1.5-3 minutes are sought for the conference's video 
proceedings. Videos should be accompanied by an extended abstract and 
submitted by the following guidelines. Videos must be submitted via the 
PaperPlaza.

Proposals for half-day or full-day tutorials must be submitted via the 
PaperPlaza, with the following content:
