[robotics-worldwide] MATLAB-based simulator for the iRobot Create

A new MATLAB-based simulator for the iRobot Create can be found at:

This simulator interfaces with the Matlab Toolbox for the iRobot Create
(MTIC) (http://www.usna.edu/Users/weapsys/esposito/roomba.matlab/) thus
allowing researchers and students to execute the same code in simulation and
on the physical robot.

Among the simulator's features:
- Simulates a large variety of sensors
- Visualizes the motion of the robot in a map
- Allows map editing
- Robot-centric and global views
- Manual control as well as autonomous code execution
- User defined noise parameters on the sensor reading

The simulator was developed as part of the MathWorks course development
