Dear colleagues,
The institute of Geodesy and Photogrammetry at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich (ETHZ) is organizing:

International Conference on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle in Geomatics
September 14 - 16, 2011
Zürich - Switzerland

SCOPE:
We are organizing a conference with the focus on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in Geomatics (UAV-g). Using UAVs as data acquisition platform and as measurement instrument has become attractive for many emerging applications. However, there is no overall and easy solution. Therefore, UAV-g 2011 brings together experts in photogrammetry, surveying, robotics, computer vision, artificial intelligence and aerospace engineering. Researchers, developers, service and system providers as well as users are invited to contribute with presentations, posters, exhibitions, demonstrations and discussions to create synergies between research and applications using UAVs in Geomatics.

IMPORTANT DATES:
Paper Presentation within the Technical Sessions
April 15: Abstract submission.
May 20: Notification of acceptance
July 15: Paper submission & presenter registration

DEMONSTRATIONS:
April 15: Abstract submission.
May 20: Notification of acceptance
July 15: Short paper submission & registration
