CFP for IEEE International Symposium on Haptic Audio-Visual
Environments and Games (and Special Issue in IEEE Transactions on
Instrumentation and Measurement)

HAVE 2011 sponsored by the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement
society will be held Oct 14-17, 2011 in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China.

Papers are being solicited on all aspects of multimodal haptic audio
visual virtual environment technologies and related haptic
applications, including Haptic sensors and
renderers, Hapto-audio-visual systems and applications,
Hapto-surgical/medical systems, Haptic compression and prediction,
multimodal perception and psychophysics, Haptic game interfaces,
tele-haptics and tele-operation, augmented and virtualized reality,
collaborative virtual environments, human-computer interaction in
virtual environments, multi-sensor data fusion, object modeling, soft
computing techniques, RTIs and related APIs.

All accepted papers will be published by IEEE Press, included in IEEE
Xplore and indexed by EI.

Special Issue in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (TIM):
A Special Issue on HAVE 2011 will be published in IEEE Transactions on
Instrumentation and Measurement. All accepted papers that are
registered and presented (including poster papers) in the symposium
proceedings are eligible to submit an
extended version to the special issue.
