Dear Colleagues,

I wish to draw your attention to the ICRA Full-day Workshop on Biologically-inspired Actuation (WS-F-5) that will be held on Friday, May 13th from 9:00am at ICRA 2011, Shanghai.

The advanced registration deadline is approaching (MARCH 31ST). Please consider this workshop when you register for ICRA 2011. The workshop session ID is WS-F-5.

ICRA 2011 Workshop on Biologically-inspired Actuation

This workshop will address fundamentals of biologically-inspired actuation technologies. The primary objectives are to compare existing technologies, including state of the art research examples, to identify bottlenecks in actuator technologies and potential breakthrough approaches, and to promote a multidisciplinary discussion amongst researchers.
