Computer Science Summer Intern (focusing on Computer vision or SLAM)
Starting Date: immediate. 
Location: Florida Institute for Human and Machine Cognition, Pensacola , FL 
Application Deadline: Open until filled. 
Ideal Candidate: Computer Science major with experience working with robotic systems. Experience with Computer vision or image processing is a plus.  Experience with SLAM is also a plus. Candidate must have experience programming in Java, have good communication and documentation skills, and thrive in both a team and individual environment. 
Minimum requirements for the successful candidate:

Experience programming in Java
United States Citizen
Job Description: Design robotic systems for controlling small UAVs in environments with obstructions. The project has several aspects but the candidate would be working mainly to develop localization algorithms that rely heavily on onboard camera images.

Salary is negotiable.
