The Halmstad Intelligent Systems Lab is looking for creative team
players to join our newly founded Center for Applied Intelligent Systems
Research, jointly funded by industry and the Swedish Knowledge Foundation.

Your background lies in robotics, mechatronics, AI, machine learning,
computer vision, or a related field? You want to create robots that
don't just observe the world, but actually go ahead and modify their
environment in useful ways? Then we would be delighted to consider your
application!

We have two immediate openings for PhD candidates:

http://www.hh.se/11570.html in *autonomous construction* with a focus on
physical interaction with the environment, for instance in mobile
manipulation or work yard automation.

http://www.hh.se/11547.html in *visual 3D perception* with a concrete
application in semantic mapping for intelligent warehouses with multiple
automated guided vehicles.

Best regards,
Roland
