[robotics-worldwide] Doctoral study in Robotics at Brown University

The growing robotics group at Brown University is looking for talented
students at the doctoral level for research in robotics, human-robot
interaction, and artificial intelligence.  Brown Computer Science
features prominent faculty in robot learning, computer vision,
statistical machine learning, natural language understanding, software
agents, and computer graphics, as well as a strong record of
interdisciplinary research.

Specific research areas of interest include:

 * Natural language understanding for robots
 * Reinforcement learning and coordination for human-robot teams
 * Robot learning from demonstration
 * Web and crowdsourcing technologies for robots
 * Physics-based tracking of humans from video
 * Probabilistic modeling and inference
