2) Early Registration: New Deadline is 9/29.

You are invited to participate in a poster session to be held November
9-11, 2012 at the
Distributed Autonomous Robotic Systems Symposium in Baltimore, MD.

The Symposium on Distributed Autonomous Robotic Systems deals with new
algorithms, hardwares, system architectures to realize advanced
distributed robotic systems.

Topics include but are not limited to: Architectures for teams of
robots, Self-organizing and self-
assembling robotic systems, Swarm robotic systems, Hybrid symbiotic
teams (humans and
robots, animals and robots), Learning and adaptation in teams of
robots, Modular robotics,
Localization and navigation in multi-robot systems, Multi-robot and
multi-vehicle motion
coordination, Distributed cooperative perception, Distributed
cooperative action, Distributed
control and planning, Control issues in multi-robot systems,
Performance metrics for robot
teams, Distributed decision making, Distributed task allocation and
execution, Sensor and
actuator networks, Networking issues in multi-robot systems, Wireless
and robotic sensor
networks, Multi-robot applications in exploration, inspection,
coverage, search and rescue,
service, environmental monitoring, etc.

Each poster presenter will be provided an easel which is used to
display the poster which will
have a maximum allowable size of A0 (841 × 1189 mm). Poster presenters
must be at their
poster during the poster session at a minimum (conference participants
