Call for Participation
IROS2013 (Workshop Su-WS-05); Sunday, November 3, 2013; Tokyo, Japan
Biologically Inspired Based Strategies for Hybrid and Multi-Modal Locomotion

This workshop intends to deal with the challenges of applying biologically
based concepts to improve the capabilities of robots with a particular focus
on hybrid and multi-modal locomotion in air, underwater and on ground. The
IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Technical Committee on Bio Robotics is
seeking relevant participants, as continuity of the successful previous
editions of this workshop held at both IROS2009 and IROS2011. 

Dates and Location
This workshop on Biologically Inspired Based Strategies for Hybrid and
Multi-Modal Locomotion will be held on the 3rd of November, 2013, at Tokyo
Big Sight, Japan, in conjunction with IROS2013.
