Dear Colleagues,

I am happy to announce Robotics by Invitation:
http://www.roboticsbyinvitation.org

Robotics by Invitation asks monthly questions to a panel of expert
roboticists with the goal of encouraging discussion and debate. The latest
question in the series was: "What funding scheme is the most conducive to
creating a robotics industry?"

You can find answers by Henrik Christensen, Raffaello D'Andrea, Mark
Tilden, Frank Tobe, and Nicola Tomatis as well as user comments here:
http://robohub.org/what-funding-scheme-is-most-the-conducive-to-creating-a-robotics-industry/

Robotics by Invitation is part of Robohub (http://robohub.org ), a
volunteer-based, non-profit platform that brings together leading
communicators in robotics research, start-ups, business, and education from
around the world.

I am looking forward to any feedback and I hope you will join the
discussion.

Markus Waibel
