Dear ACRA participant,

ACRA is a single track technical conference covering a broad spectrum of robotics research over multiple sessions. Please note:

  *   Each presentation slot is either 15 or 20 minutes in length as defined by the program committee and authors/presenters have been informed of this by email. Please refer to those email to find the exact time of your presentation.
  *   It is recommended that you use your own laptop for presentations, although the theatre does have a PC. Make sure to test your presentation in the theatre during a tea or lunch break prior to your presentation slot.
  *   The projector in the lecture theatre has an aspect ratio of 4:3.
  *   Please make yourself known to the session chair before the start of your session.

In conjunction with ACRA 2013, the Australian Robotics & Automation Association will hold its AGM at 1.30 on December 4th in the conference venue. For nominating details please contact the ARAA president at www.araa.asn.au<http://www.araa.asn.au>.
