Dear Colleagues,


The 9th International Workshop on Field and Assistive Robotics (WFAR-9) will be held on Oct 30-Nov 01, 2015 at FAST-NU Lahore and LUMS Lahore, Pakistan in collaboration with DAAD Germany and University of Kaiserslautern Germany. The aim of the workshop is to bring researchers together and address open issues in all aspects of field and assistive robotics in the outdoor environments. WFAR-9 will provide a forum for presenting and exchanging information on current research activities, developments and applications and focus on challenges faced by the community in developing service robots for outdoor environments. The workshop will include talks, presentations, posters and demos from international and national researchers.

We invite extended abstracts for the workshop from researchers in this field. Accepted abstracts will be published as a compiled proceedings. Submitted abstracts should reflect current research done by the authors and interesting ideas, experiments and some results.

Notification Date: 30 August 2015
Final Version Submission Deadline: 15 September 2015
