Dear colleagues,

ICRA 2016 authors are invited to submit high-quality videos to a
"trailer" showcasing the conference highlights in an accessible
format.

The theme of the ICRA 2016 Trailer is "duckies-in-the-loop and
duckie-robot interaction".

This means that clips must include a Standard ICRA Duckie, except
extenuating circumstances (e.g. your robot is currently on another
planet, and there isn't a duckie on that other planet). Please refer
to http://trailer.icra2016.org/ for all information about the duckies.

We brought about a thousand duckies to ICRA 2015. We have an
additional four hundred duckies to distribute to colleagues who
couldn’t come to Seattle (or weren’t fast enough to grab one).

So, if you would like a duckie:

- If you are at RSS, email ICRAducks at gmail.com and your duckie will be
hand-delivered to you.

- Otherwise, please fill the form at
http://form.jotform.us/form/51793638109160
  **Deadline: August 1**.

The duckies are going to be distributed hierarchically in the world
with the help of Duckie Ambassadors. Please email ICRAducks at gmail.com
if you would like to be a Duckie Ambassador for your country.

(The deadline for the trailer materials submission is October 15, and
detailed submission instructions will be available soon and
communicated in a separate message.)
