[TWO DAYS TO THE EXTENDED DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS]
We are pleased to inform you that ICRE 2015 will be hosted by The
University of Lisbon, and held at Pavilhão do Conhecimento/Ciência Viva
in Lisbon, Portugal during 23 – 24 October 2015.
The conference will feature technical and social programs. The technical
program will comprise plenary, oral and poster sessions. Articles
submitted for inclusion in the conference will be peer reviewed before
acceptance. It is envisaged that the conference proceedings will be
produced on CD/flash drive. Accepted articles will only be published in
the conference proceedings if at least one of the authors registers for
the conference and presents the paper at the conference.
ICRE 2015 will also feature a Media competition, Animation and Cinema
competition and Industrial Robot Exhibition.
Submissions of full manuscripts: Extended Deadline *22 June 2015* - 12pm CET
Notification of paper acceptance: 15 July 2015
Submission of final (accepted) papers: 15 August 2015
Early bird (reduced fee) and author registration: 15 August 2015

electronically in pdf format in double column style by the indicated
deadline for consideration for inclusion in the conference. The papers

There are opportunities for Media to come up with their contributions by
taking part in the competition Media on Robot Ethics. The three best
works will be announced during the conference and given visibility.
The conference also welcomes authors to submit short animations (max 15
mins); Short Live Action films (max 10 mins) or short documentaries (max
15 mins) on the conference topic. The three best works will be presented
at the conference.
The conference will feature an exhibition on robots aiming at
stimulating the interest of the general public to Robotics in general
and to each of the conference's subdomains.
Organisations and research groups wishing to exhibit their robots and
robotics research work at the conference are asked to contact the
conference secretariat to discuss the necessary arrangements.
Organisations wishing to sponsor the conference in any way and gain the
corresponding benefits by promoting themselves and their products to the
robotics community through conference publications, conference web-site
