2015 FIRA RoboWorld Congress

2015 FIRA RoboWorld Congress will take place on August 5 - 6, 2015 in
Daejeon, Korea. The Congress organizers invite professionals and researchers
from all over the world to participate in this meeting. The congress has
been held annually in UK, India, Korea, China, USA, Germany, Singapore,
Australia, France, Taiwan and Brazil since 1996. This congress will cover
topics in intelligent control, autonomous systems and various robots,
including humanoids, social robotics, cooperative robotics, edutainment
robots, service robots, personal robots and computational intelligence. As
the hub of R&D and knowledge industry, Daejeon is a symbol of representing
science, technology and education of Korea. Daejeon city has lots of
experiences with international meetings including Daejeon Expo in 1993. The
2015 FIRA RoboWorld Congress will consist of three conferences as follows;

 

International Conference on Advanced Humanoid Robotics Research (ICAHRR)

Important Dates

– Deadline of paper submission: May 20, 2015

– Acceptance notification: June 20, 2015

– Final paper submission: July 20, 2015

 

Paper Submission

Prospective authors should submit their papers in PDF format on the Springer
website,  <http://ocs.springer.com/ocs/home/FIRA2015>
http://ocs.springer.com/ocs/home/FIRA2015. 

 Papers should be in a single column format on 21cm x 29.7cm A4 size paper.
Paper length should be more than six pages. Authors are advised to follow
the Springer styled paper format and to refer to the website.

 

Conference Publication

A limited number of accepted papers will be published in Communications in
Computer and Information Science (CCIS) of Springer indexed in DBLP, Google
Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, and Scopus.
Contributed papers will be at least three peers’ review on the Springer
website. 

 

Conference Venue 

The FIRA RoboWorld Congress will be held at Daejeon Convention Center (DCC).
DCC consists of a convention hall, a multi-functional hall, and 24 meeting
rooms designed to best support all kinds of conventional activities. A wide
range of accommodations, Expo Park, Daejeon Culture and Arts Center,
Municipal Museum of Fine Arts and Hanbat Arboretum are located nearby DCC.
