Dear Colleagues,

This is our first call for papers and workshop proposals for Eurohaptics 2016
running between 4-7 July.

Eurohaptics is an international conference on haptics that has run since 2001
and in 2016 will be hosted in London at Imperial College.

The conference  seeks to cover all aspects of haptics, including

 - Perception and psychophysics in real and simulated environments,
 - Engineering and computing to provide effective haptic interactions,
 - Neuroscience
 - Creative haptics in design and the arts
 - Medical and surgical simulation,
 - Skills training,
 - Haptics in computer games
 - Human-machine interactions,
 - Rehabilitation
 - Collaborative human-robot systems including rehabilitation robotics,
 - Haptic communication

The important dates are

01/02/2016 - papers submission (technical papers)
01/02/2016 - workshop proposals
04/04/2016 - acceptance notification

Technical papers should be original, no more than 8 pages in length and, if
they meet the standards of scientific review, will be published as a
by Springer.

A call for shorter "work in progress papers" will be made in the spring of
