Winter School on Consumer Robotics - Call for Applications

Las Vegas annually hosts the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) bringing 3700+
exhibitors, 170,000+ attendees and global media for product launches and
market trends.

In 2016, CES hosted over 400 "Consumer Robotics" companies. CES 2017 runs
from Jan 5-7, and the Winter School overlaps from Jan 3-7.

IEEE RAS is thus sponsoring a Winter School at the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas (UNLV) to better understand the research and education opportunities
in this field.

A *Complimentary* CES Exhibits pass to be given to the first 50 accepted
applicants.

The School hosts lectures from distinguished roboticists working on Consumer
Robotics, hands-on workshops of the latest gadgets, hack-a-thon, and a CES
Field Trip.
