We are soliciting submissions to this workshop, to be be held at
the IEEE International Conference on Simulation, Modeling, and
Programming for Autonomous Robots (SIMPAR), San Francisco, December
13-16, 2016 (https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__simpar2016.org_&d=DgIBAg&c=clK7kQUTWtAVEOVIgvi0NU5BOUHhpN0H8p7CSfnc_gI&r=0w3solp5fswiyWF2RL6rSs8MCeFamFEPafDTOhgTfYI&m=oAAH8DEAQULfaSWfjKEclzoO-TqTt5-ohAutDRgv3og&s=3fMQk_dmWUbw9QG3uyKpdCs6FBALut5UpWx-zR-CXMA&e= )

== Important dates: ==
November 6: Paper submission (at 11:59pm UTC-12)
November 28: Author notification
December 5: Camera ready submission
December 13: Workshop

The workshop will provide a venue to discuss the role of simulation
in modern robot programming, with time to share current research and
discuss future directions with researchers and practitioners.

Papers are solicited in all areas of simulation and robot programming.
We are looking for contributions that show how simulation can be used
to support the development and testing of programs for robots, and, in
general, the role of simulation in the process of programming robots.
Submission that include experimental results in simulation and/or with
real robots are particularly welcome. Papers with descriptions of work
in progress or preliminary results are also welcome to be submitted as
shorter papers to be presented as posters.

The page limit is 6 pages plus one page for references for full paper
submissions and up to 4 pages for shorter papers to be presented as
posters. All the accepted papers and posters will be included in a
DVD with an ISBN number, to be distributed to the workshop attendees.

The content of all submissions has to be original and must not be
submitted for consideration in any other conference or journal.
Papers must be in English and formatted using the IEEE style files
available at https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__ras.papercept.net_conferences_support_tex.php&d=DgIBAg&c=clK7kQUTWtAVEOVIgvi0NU5BOUHhpN0H8p7CSfnc_gI&r=0w3solp5fswiyWF2RL6rSs8MCeFamFEPafDTOhgTfYI&m=oAAH8DEAQULfaSWfjKEclzoO-TqTt5-ohAutDRgv3og&s=xNf2AkDcJgLKRPlNyDQ08avAQJUl8fQsmCBVGPGyMCg&e=
