The work will be performed within an Intuitive Surgical Technology grant and a recently funded EU project.
We are looking for a highly motivated young researcher with a background in Mechatronics/Computer/Control/Biomedical Engineering or related fields.
The applicant should have basic skills in C++ (or python) development. Experience in Robotics/Haptics is desirable, while knowledge of the Robot Operating System (ROS) and machine learning algorithms are pluses. The applicant is expected to be fluent in English.
The preferred start date is the 1st of March 2017. The successful candidate will be offered a contract of 1 year. The position will offer possible future career options on successful completion.
