18th International Conference on Advanced Robotics, ICAR 2017
10-12 July, 2017, Hong Kong, China

*Call for Papers*

ICAR wants to bring high quality papers, workshops and tutorials to emerging robotics communities. 
After the last successful conference in Istanbul, Turkey (www.icar2015.org), next year, the 18th 
ICAR will be held in Hong Kong, China. The 18th International Conference on Advanced Robotics, ICAR 
2017, is organized by Chinese University of Hong Kong in collaboration with the Hong Kong Science 
and Technology Park. The conference will take place at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, on 
July 10-12, 2017.

ICAR 2017 will be technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society. The 
technical program of ICAR 2017 will consist of plenary talks, workshops and oral presentations. 
Submitted papers should describe original work in the form of theoretical modelling, design, 
experimental validation, or case studies from all areas of robotics, focusing on emerging paradigms 
and application areas including but not limited to:

will be published in IEEE Xplore conference proceedings. Submissions should be 6-8 pages following
