Postdoc researchers in humanoid robotics

You want to understand forces in interaction with compliant humanoid
robots ?
You want to realize throwing, catching, or multi-robotinteraction ?
You want to earn international experience in a high-profile EU consortium ?

The Institute for Robotics and Process Control (IRP) at Technische
Universität Braunschweig
has two immediate openings for PostDoc in humanoid robotics in the
context of the H2020
project CogIMon (Cognitive Interaction in Motion,
www.cogimon-project.eu) that is
coordinated at IRP.Appointmentscan be made initially until 30.04.2019 or
for shorter durations
and may be extended dependent on evaluation and availability of funding.

The successful candidate owns PhD master in robotics, automation,
control or mechanical engineering,
computer scienceor a related field. She/he is expected to pursue an
independent research in control or
interaction with humanoid robotstowards further qualification for a
research career. There is

in an international teamtowards
the realization of intellegentand flexible future robots. The IRP
institute provides support
through a strong research environment, excellent equipment, base funding
and projects in humanoid
robotics, soft robotics, human-robot interaction, artificial
intelligence and industrial applications.
The positions are ideal for a first PostDoc stint in a very
