The new robotics lab at Virginia Commonwealth University has two PhD 
student openings with full RA/TA for Spring/Fall 2018. Our research 
efforts include Simultaneous Localization and Mapping methods, 3D object 
recognition, human activities recognition and analysis. Candidates with 
background in robotics and computer vision are encouraged to apply. More
