Job Description:

The College of Information and Computer Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst invites applications for multiple tenure-track faculty at the Associate and Assistant Professor levels in Robotics. Exceptional candidates at other ranks may be considered.  Our New College: The College of Information and Computer Sciences (CICS) was created in 2015 and is rapidly building on the foundation of our long-standing, world-class computer science department. We are highly supportive of new faculty, including a rich program of formal and informal mentoring. Many of our faculty are involved in interdisciplinary research with other departments including mechanical and industrial engineering, electrical and computer engineering, statistics/mathematics, linguistics, biology, physics, behavioral sciences, psychology, and nursing.
