Candidates with extensive expertise and demonstrated accomplishments in the following area(s) are encouraged to apply.

- Visual perception
- Machine/computer vision
- SLAM, SfM
- Stereophotoclinometry

The successful candidate should have a PhD degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science or closely related field, with a demonstrated record of publications in the previous areas.  Extensive knowledge and experience in vision-based motion tracking and excellent programming skills (C/C+++, Python, MATLAB) as demonstrated in previous representative projects is required.

The appointment will be initially for 12 months with a possible extension for up to 24-36 months.
