Further deadline extensions are not foreseen, except for special circumstances,
to be agreed with the Organizing Committee.
Submissions for either SPAR (Springer Proceedings) or non-SPAR category are
accepted.

PAPER SUBMISSION:
Prospective authors should submit their paper in the form of a single PDF
file of up to 14 pages, prepared according to the guidelines provided by
Springer for Proceedings in Advanced Robotics (SPAR).
Templates for LaTeX and Microsoft Word users can be downloaded from the
Information for Authors page of the HFR 2019 website:

Authors are also encouraged to provide a video clip accompanying their
paper, by including a link to their video on YouTube (or any other website
reachable by reviewers) in the PDF of the paper itself.

NOTE: contributions submitted on the EasyChair system must be marked by the
corresponding author as belonging to either the SPAR category, that
qualifies for publication on the Springer Proceedings, or non-SPAR

potential copyright issues.

Accepted papers of the SPAR category and associated with a HFR 2019
participant registration will be included in a volume of the Springer
Proceedings in Advanced Robotics (SPAR) dedicated to the HFR 2019 event.

The Best Paper of the 12th International Workshop on Human-Friendly
Robotics will be awarded a prize of 300 €, kindly offered by Robotics, an
Open Access journal of MDPI.
