The topics of interest include but are not limited to:

·Acoustic, electrical, magnetic, and opticalmicroandnanomanipulation

·Microandnanofluidic manipulation

·AFM and SEM-basednanomanipulation

·Hybrid modes ofmicroandnanomanipulation such as optoelectronic and

·Design and fabrication ofmicroandnanopatterned substrates

·Manipulation of biological objects such as live cells, liposomes, and
tissue patches

·Heterogeneousmicroandnanoassemblies, particularly for M(O)EMS and
N(O)EMS devices

·Dynamics modeling ofmicro-bio-nanosystems

·Perception, planning, and control of multiplemicroandnanorobots

·Multi-robot grasping ofmicroandnano-scale objects

Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two of the organizers
and/or members of the IEEE RAS TC onMicro/NanoRobotics and Automation.
At least one contributing author of each accepted paper will need to
register for the workshop and present the work in the *poster session*.
The papers will be made available for free download on the workshop
