The topics of interest include but are not limited to:

·Hybrid modes ofmicroandnanomanipulation such as optoelectronic and 
thermocapillary

·Manipulation of biological objects such as live cells, liposomes, and 
tissue patches

·Heterogeneousmicroandnanoassemblies, particularly for M(O)EMS and 
N(O)EMS devices

·Dynamics modeling ofmicro-bio-nanosystems

·Perception, planning, and control of multiplemicroandnanorobots

·Multi-robot grasping ofmicroandnano-scale objects

Every submitted paper will be reviewed by at least two of the organizers 
and/or members of the IEEE RAS TC onMicro/NanoRobotics and Automation. 
At least one contributing author of each accepted paper will need to 
register for the workshop and present the work in the *poster session*. 
The papers will be made available for free download on the workshop 
website but will not be included in the official IEEE proceedings.
